Step 1
Open up the image you want to pixelate in PSP.
Step 2
Go to ‘Effects’ > ‘Geometric Effects’ > ‘Pixelate’.
Step 3
Change your ‘Block Height’ to 10, your ‘Block Width’ to 10 and make sure the ‘Symmetric’ box is checked.
Step 4
Press ‘Ctrl’ and ‘C’ (or copy), ‘Ctrl’ and ‘Z’ (or undo) and ‘Ctrl’ and ‘L’ (paste as new layer).
Step 5
Go to ‘Layers’ > ‘Properties’ and change the ‘Opacity’ to somewhere between 40 and 60. Press ‘Ok’.
Step 6
Remember you can mess around with the block sizes and opacity, the numbers I’ve used are just a general guide to get you started.
