Step 1

Make a new image in PSP, and then click , then your image.

Step 2

Make your settings like mine (pick any font and colour though!)

Step 3

Go to ‘Effects’ > ‘3D Effects’ > ‘Dropshadow’, and change your settings to mine (choose your own dropshadow colour):

Step 4

Now press ‘Ok’ and get a lovely glow. Press ‘Ctrl’ and ‘D’, or go to ‘Selections’ > ‘Deselect’, then save!
