Step 1

Open PSP, and make a new image with a white background.

Click , and then change your settings to match these:

Select two different shades of the same colour and scribble all over your image like so:

Step 4

Go to ‘Effects’ > ‘Texture Effects’ > Fur, and match your settings to mine:

Step 5

Your image will look all cool and scribbly, but that’ll soon change! Go to ‘Effects’ > ‘Blur’ > ‘Motion Blur’, and adopt these settings:

Now repeat step 5, and you should have something like this!:
