This is a very simple tutorial, and you can make a nice swirl with just about any image, but I’ve decided to make this tutorial because the end effect looks pretty unusual.

Step 1

Open a new image in PSP, any size, with a white background.

Step 2

Click , and if the ‘Tool Options’ box doesn’t show up, right click and click ‘Tool Options’.

Step 3

Make sure you select ‘Neon Pink’, like in the picture below:

Draw a line on your image like this:

Mine is really wobbly, I’m sure you can do a lot better. Next go to ‘Effects’ > ‘Geometric Effects’ > ‘Twirl’, and set it to 720 degrees and press ‘Ok’. If you don’t like the colour, follow my colourising tutorial. It should look something like this:
