This gives a striking effect which can add a nice finishing touch to an image.

Step 1

Open up the image in PSP that you want to dot.

Step 2

Go to ‘Effects’ > ‘Texture Effects’ > ‘Weave’ and change your settings to match these:

If you like, you can change the colours from black to white or whatever. Then press ‘Ok’. That’s it! Your finished image should look something like this:
