I realised I’m being stupid about the whole SS, and I owe it to the members as my friends to do the best I can. So I’ve been doing a lot of updating – there’s a brand new shop, the arcade is fixed and has new games, and I’ve set up a contest. Unfortunately there isn’t much posting going on at the moment, but I only have myself to blame.
Today I worked on updating Starshine, then went to the gym with my sister. When we got back, we decided to cook dinner for the family and so went shopping to get a few things. Came back, I worked on Starshine some more, then made and iced some fairy cakes. After that we began preparing the vegetables for dinner (curry with lots of fresh organic veg and brown rice for me and white for them). Lara ended up eating something different, as did I…it’s getting very difficult to cater for everyone’s diets these days!
After dessert was over (melon with fruit, and also the fairy cakes plus lemon cake), I realised I had to get back on the Internet just in case anyone wanted to talk to me at the time I’d scheduled for a chat…so it was back updating SS, with a little bit of browsing and chatting thrown in.
Now, I’m exhuasted but it’s time to walk the dog (and get off the Internet, I’m beginning to feel a bit dizzy!). So please, check out starshine.la if you have time (particularly if you’re an old member), and I will return comments on the previous entries tomorrow :)Â

My mum usually cooks dinner, and she and my dad buy the food every week and even if you don’t like it you have to eat it :P

I’m a Remedial Reading teacher at a small high school in Tempe, Arizona. I write my own worksheets, and I illustrate them to make the material fun and interesting and to give the kids a clue about what the story will be about. For our first book this year we are going to read Star Girl by Jerry Spinelli, so I typed star girl into the Yahoo! search engine, and your old stargirl.org website popped up as the first entry. Looking for a picture to import, I clicked on the URL. Then, following my instincts, I went ahead and input your new blossom.nu address.
