The photo challenge for today is one I’ve been looking forward to a lot: someone who makes you happy.

The person that immediately comes to mind is Joe. We’ve been through a hell of a lot together over the past four and a half years. Two degrees, several jobs, one broken leg, and various weddings and deaths later, we’re stronger than ever. We have to be, especially this year.

We aren’t perfect, but I admire him for a lot of things, particularly his never-ending optimism and his unfaltering sense of direction (without which I would definitely still be lost somewhere).
